Traditional hotel. Used to be Crown Plaza but Holiday Inn took over it. Installations and facility are old fashion but taking care off. Clean and kind service. Great for meetings and conferences. Food is good and also traditional. Sky restaurant has a great view at night.
The food was delicious! Our server, Carlos, was amazing. My favorite things were the fresh juice and yummy avena. They have valet parking and a beautiful pool area.
OK overall... Very nice pool. Booked adjoining rooms only to be told that there were none available. We are now going on day two of maybe getting to move to a new room "manana" and I have little faith we'll ever get the rooms we originally booked. Will update my review if the issue ever gets resolved. Edit... Looks like things came through and they moved us to adjoining rooms. Added a star for their responsiveness.
Breakfast is great, friendly staff, decent WiFi signal, rooms are big and clean, pool side rooms are a little old, the gym equipment as well, but the tower rooms are better, I've stayed here a few times and I have not much to complain about. Location is not the best, but there are many restaurants within a walking distance.
Lovely stay for the weekend. I would definitely return. Good value, great service and lovely outdoor spaces.
I've thinking about this review for a few days. Overall I'll say it was okay. The are a few things I didn't like : Mattresses need an upgrade, they switched us to another room (before that they have us another room with same mattress . No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. If you get picky, the paint job in the rooms looks like it was done poorly. There is only one ice machine for the tower and was not working (read forward about that) That being said, the staff response is excellent they go the extra mile to help. The rooms are very clean. There is a couple of "tiendas" kind of 7 eleven across the street, you can get some good and drinks there, also I bought a cooler to keep my drinks. The ice machine didn't work but I just came the front desk and asked for a couple of ice bags and the delivered (every day) within 5 to 10 minutes. So, in short, excellent service and clean but the rooms need an upgrade

The room was spacious and very clean. Room service wasn't as good, I had to unwrap all the food which took a while, and the choice of brown cloth napkins is not very confidence-inspiring. The room I originally booked was not available because of remodeling, I don't know why I was allowed to book it in the first place. Overall it is a nice hotel, if you don't mind some minor issues.
